What your child eats and learns about food whilst with us is very important to us. Our nursery chef, Anita, cooks nutritionally balanced dishes from scratch on a daily basis using fresh ingredients from local suppliers: Orchard fruit & veg, Butcher Don Dixon and Simpsons the fishmongers.

Mealtimes are a social and fun event where we give your child the opportunity to taste and discover foods from around the world.

We also get the children involved in growing their own food. In our Little Learners room the children have a vegetable patch where they grow their own parsnips, carrots and other vegetables, making food something they can engage with and enjoy together.

We have got very good rating (5) food hygiene rating for food hygiene from Hull City Council.
